How easy is it to onboard new employees?+

If they can open a text message, they can use this. There is no clunky app store download required, and it takes up zero storage on their phone. Onboarding takes less than 60 seconds: Step 1: You send the worker an invite link via text message from your admin dashboard. Step 2: They tap the link, which opens the platform instantly in their phone's browser. Step 3: They save it directly to their home screen so it acts just like a regular app: • iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share icon at the bottom, scroll down, and tap "Add to Home Screen." • Android (Chrome): Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select "Add to Home screen." Step 4: They tap the new icon on their home screen, log in once, and they're ready to clock in for their shift.

Can I export data for payroll?+

Yes. You can generate and export clean, accurate time sheets and labor data in standard formats to hand off to your accountant or plug into your current payroll system.

What if an employee forgets to clock out?+

Administrators and managers have full control to manually edit, adjust, or approve time cards directly from the dashboard to fix any honest mistakes.

Can I set up different permission levels?+

Yes. You can assign roles so that business owners and office managers have full admin control, supervisors can view their specific teams, and field workers can only see their own hours and schedules.

Does it work offline if my team is in a dead zone?+

Yes. The app is built to handle field conditions. If a worker punches in where there's no cell service, the app stores the data locally and syncs it automatically the second they get back on the grid.

Who owns the data I put into the system?+

You do — 100%. It's your business, your team, and your data. We are just the engine that runs it. If you ever decide to leave the platform, you can easily export all your historical labor records and job site data before closing your account. We don't hold your records hostage.

Yes. Because there is no clunky app store download required, the admin dashboard works beautifully on any device with an internet browser. You can run your business, approve hours, and check job sites from an office desktop, a laptop on your kitchen table, or your iPad while sitting in your truck. Everything syncs instantly in real time.

Can I switch plans later?+

Is my company's data isolated from others?+

Every record is scoped to your workspace at the database level using row-level security. Companies cannot see each other's data.

What happens if I exceed my plan's employee limit?+
